Skin cancer:

One of every six persons will have leather cancer along his (her, your) life One of every six persons will develop a leather cancer along his(her, your) life, a disease in which the precocious diagnosis marks the difference between the life and the death, since 100 % of the tumors that treat each other in time can recover.

It is a question of the type of more frequent cancer and his incident tends to treble every decade, as has made clear the president of the Spanish Academy of Dermatology and Venereología (AEDV), Jose Carlos Moreno, during the presentation of the 'Campaign of the Euromelanoma 2013', on that this year centres on the solar protection on the sports environment.   Last year in Spain there were diagnosed 5.000 new cases of this type of cancer, the majority in women, though the rate of mortality is lightly a Superior in case of the men1,8 by every 100.000 inhabitants - opposite to 1,2 by every 100.000 in case of the women.   The leather cancer develops when the balance breaks between (among) the produced hurt (damage), specially for the overexposure to the ultraviolet radiation, and the capacity of repair of the fabric, and can divide fundamentally in two groups, the melanoma and the cutaneous cancer not melanoma.   Though the melanoma is the least frequent cutaneous cancer, it(he) is also the most aggressive. If the treatment (healing) is diagnosed in precocious phases it (he,she) is superior to 95 %, but if the tumor has grown in depth major risk of metastasis exists and the survival to 10 years diminishes 40 %.   To sensitize the population of the risks of the solar exhibition and to educate in healthy habits, today it (he,she) gives I begin the ' Campaign of the Euromelanoma ', with the participation of 30 European countries and that this year will centre his  attention on the sportsmen of exterior, due to his  high risk of suffering these injuries.
